Teacher Cadets from Clinton High School and Laurens District High School on Thursday morning heard a presentation about Presbyterian College, words from College President Dr. Anita Gustafson, and a PC students’ panel discussion, before hearing a talk by South Carolina Teacher of the Year Corey Bedenbaugh, who teaches at Batesburg-Leesville Middle School. An article about Bedenbaugh’s talk and this annual College Day experience for the Teacher Cadets will be in the Oct. 29 Chronicle. - Vic MacDonald Photos
Kim Windsor posted: We were honored to have Teacher Cadets from Clinton High and Laurens High on campus with us today led by their fabulous teachers Jennifer Howard and Kimberly Hobbs Martin. We were also honored to have Mr. Corey Bedenbaugh, the 2026 South Carolina Teacher of the Year, and Mr. Arthur Pinckney, Program Facilitator from CERRA, be part of our day. Maybe some of these extraordinary students will be future Blue Hose. We hope so!
