May 1 Cheerleading. Newberry College Cheerleaders (Go, Wolves!) and the Clinton Little Devil Cheerleaders gathered for a day camp at the track/football practice field of Clinton High School on Springdale Drive. Dividing into groups of four, the cheerleaders learned the pose pictured here, and studied other cheer moves in preparation for the upcoming football season. The CLD sponsors tackle football competition and cheerleading (ages 5-14) for any youth and families who are interested in these sports, along with practice and other fun activities.
