CLINTON — Families turned out April 25 at LushAcres Farm at Thornwell for the annual Spring Festival, enjoying a day of activities, food, and community support.
Children explored barnyard animals, rode the mini-train, and played in the corn pit, while others took part in wagon rides, face painting, and corn cannon fun. Guests also picked strawberries and visited the gem mine.
Food favorites included BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, and a variety of strawberry treats, along with fresh lemonade and cold brew coffee.
Proceeds from the event will support the mission and programs of Thornwell, a local organization dedicated to serving children and families through education, residential care, and community-based services aimed at strengthening and supporting youth across the region.
