SOBER OR SLAMMER, 2019, has begun in South Carolina.
As the South Carolina Department of Public Safety kicks off its holiday Sober or Slammer! campaign, which runs from December 13 to January 1, troopers are encouraging drivers to make a plan now for a safe ride home from parties and celebrations this holiday season. Cpl. Sonny Collins and Cpl. Will Wilks explain what troopers will be looking for in the coming weeks.
