Laurens, SC — A fresh coat of leadership has come to Sherwin-Williams in Laurens as the long-standing local paint store welcomes new manager Jacolby Jenkins. With enthusiasm and a strong vision for growth, Jenkins is ready to lead the store into its next chapter — and the community will soon have the chance to meet him at an upcoming ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Jenkins joins the Laurens team after three years with Sherwin-Williams in the Anderson area. His move to Laurens was driven by the potential he sees in the community’s growth. “This is a good, growing area,” Jenkins said. “There are more people, more housing, and more building developments happening. Hopefully, I can come in and help build on that and help grow it.”
The Laurens Sherwin-Williams has proudly served customers for more than 40 years, providing paint, supplies, and expertise to homeowners, contractors, and businesses. Jenkins aims to continue that legacy while building stronger connections with local residents.
“I’m excited to introduce myself, meet new people, and network,” he shared. “I’ve heard Laurens is a tight-knit, rural area where people grow up together and everyone knows each other. That’s something I’m really looking forward to being a part of.”
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will provide the perfect opportunity for residents, business leaders, and local partners to welcome Jenkins and learn more about his plans for the store.
Sherwin-Williams invites the community to stop by, say hello, and show their support as Jenkins and his team continue to make the Laurens location a trusted resource for quality products and personalized service.
