Art at the Uptown Square --
Artists battle it out Friday morning at the Uptown Clinton Square as part of the first ART Clinton program, June 18 - 21. The artistic community had another ART Battle Live! last Tuesday evening, and an awards reception for the ART Clinton 2024 exhibit on Thursday evening. Local and regional art from this event is displayed in sponsoring businesses from June 18 to June 25. For the ART Battle Live! activities, spectators are able to watch and vote for the artists who were competing, with a 20-minute time limit. And, of course, it wouldn’t be ART without Queen’s “We Are the Champions” as time wound down on the art battle. — Photos by Vic MacDonald
