Drugs, guns in local apartment

4 face charges, reported by Clinton Police

The Clinton Police Department has issued this statement (only suspect from Clinton is Steven Antwan Redd, pictured):

“On Friday October 17th during the morning hours, your Clinton Police Department executed a search warrant at an apartment complex in the city as part of an ongoing investigation. This warrant execution resulted in the arrest of four individuals, the seizure of a large amount of narcotics as well as the recovery of two firearms, one of which was stolen. 

The operation resulted in the seizure of:

209 grams of methamphetamine

443 grams of marijuana

2 firearms – one confirmed as stolen

Four adult suspects were arrested during the warrant service, their charges are as follows: 

Brandon Zykeviz-Malik Robinson, 19 of Woodruff SC

Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana

Trafficking Methamphetamine More than 200 Grams

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime

Possession of a Stolen Firearm

Resisting Arrest

Makalynn Renee Wilson, 19 of Gray Court SC

Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana

Trafficking Methamphetamine More than 200 Grams

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime

Zaden Isaiah Hancock, 20 of Duncan SC

Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana

Trafficking Methamphetamine More than 200 Grams

According to the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office inmate information, these are the charges against Redd:

ARREST: 44-53-0370(d)(4) - 659 - Drugs / Poss. of 28g (1 oz) or less of marijuana or 10g or less of hash - 1st offense; Arrest Date 10/17/2025; Bond - CASH OR SURETY, $615.00; Set By LPD Municipal;

ARREST: 16-23-0490 - 549 - Weapons / Poss. weapon during violent crime, if not also sentenced to life without parole or death; Arrest Date 10/17/2025; Bond - NO BOND, $0.00; Set By MAGISTRATE ;

ARREST: 44-53-0370(b)(2) - 186 - Drugs / Manuf., poss. of other sub. in Sch. I, II, III or flunitrazepam or analogue, w.i.t.d. - 1st offense; Arrest Date 10/17/2025; Bond - NO BOND, $0.00; Set By MAGISTRATE ;

ARREST: 44-53-0375(C)(4) - 369 - Drugs / Trafficking in meth. or cocaine base - 200 g or more, but less than 400 g; Arrest Date 10/17/2025; Bond - NO BOND, $0.00; Set By MAGISTRATE.

According to the roster, Robinson is being held on No Bond. Hancock has a $50,000 bond, and there is no current listing for Wilson.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.

Also, the Laurens County Sheriff's Office posted:

“On October 18th, deputies responded to Longview Road in Cross Hill in reference to an adult individual with medical issues who was missing from their home.

“Our Bloodhound Team responded, and Bloodhound Mabel quickly went to work. She located the man who had fallen and was unable to get up on his own. The individual was able to be assisted and treated.

“We’re incredibly proud of Mabel and all of our K9s and Bloodhounds who work tirelessly to protect and serve right alongside our deputies. Their specialized training and instincts save lives.

“A big thank-you to our dedicated handlers who pour countless hours into training and caring for these four-legged heroes.”
