Presbyterian College is proud to participate in The All In: Campus Democracy Challenge, a national initiative to encourage civic learning, political engagement, and voter participation amongst college students. The next All In Event is scheduled for March 26th and is intended to focus on the South Carolina Primary Elections in June and the General Election this fall.
We are seeking to encourage strong and active engagement in the upcoming elections from both our campus community and the surrounding community.
Our All In Candidate Fair hopes to expose our campus community to South Carolina’s election process, the major political parties of our state, candidates in the elections, and the issues surrounding the upcoming election. The goal of this event is to increase voter registration and turnout throughout our community through a focused and personal opportunity to expose potential voters to candidates, their parties, and their platforms. We believe through more engagement with and knowledge of the candidates and their parties, voters are more likely to participate in the election process, feeling empowered by the knowledge gained through this engagement to do so.
The All In Candidate Fair will host representatives from the South Carolina Gubernatorial Race, the South Carolina Senate Race, and the local Congressional Race. The Democratic, Libertarian, and Republican parties will all be represented. And there will be opportunities to register to vote and obtain more information on voting and voter registration. This will be an informal fair-style event providing an invaluable opportunity to get to know our candidates and parties, and to take part in the assertion of, perhaps, one of the greatest rights and obligations we have as American citizens — the election process. Please join us March 26, 2026, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Springs Student Center Great Room.
