Men’s Basketball to Take Summer Trip to Italy
The Presbyterian Blue Hose men's basketball program will take a summer trip to Italy from August 1 - 9. The trip will span three cities and will feature a couple of exhibition games for the Blue Hose.
"I'm really excited to kick off the upcoming season with a trip to Italy, and to allow our student-athletes an experience of a lifetime!" Presbyterian coach Quinton Ferrell said. "This trip will be rewarding both academically and athletically while giving our student-athletes the unique experience of being immersed in another culture."
The Blue Hose will travel to Rome, Florence, and Milan during the trip.
During the trip, the Blue Hose will tour several historic sites such as the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum in Rome; and the Accademia Gallery in Florence.
Presbyterian is allowed 10 practices leading up to the team's departure.
