PUBLIC SAFETY AWARENESS: CALL 911 AND SLED IF YOU SEE 2 ESCAPED DJJ MALES
Anyone with information about two males who escaped from the Three Rivers Behavioral Health facility in Lexington County should immediately call 911, then contact the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED). Please do not engage with either of them.
Malachi Joseph Ussery, 18, (upper left) is from Columbia, SC, is 6’ tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs.
Ussery has blue eyes and brown hair.
Please be aware that Ussery has a violent criminal history.
Robert Richard Louis Bissonnette IV, 17, (lower left) is from Anderson, SC, is 5’6” tall and weighs approximately 137 lbs.
Bissonnette has hazel eyes and has brown hair.
Bissonnette was last seen on September 6 in West Columbia, SC, on Sunset Boulevard. He may have shorter hair than pictured, or a shaved head.
Ussery and Bissonnette are wanted by the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) after escaping from Three Rivers on August 28, 2024. Law enforcement should use extreme caution if they encounter either Ussery or Bissonnette. If you see either Ussery or Bissonnette, immediately call 911 and then report this information to SLED at (866) 472 – 8477. ###
