The FBI has increasingly become a politicized entity that operates a two-tiered justice system, protecting the Biden Crime Family and ignoring left-wing violence while attacking President Trump, concerned parents, and conservative groups. Thank you House Judiciary Committee GOP for holding FBI Director Wray accountable.

Duncan, R-3rd District-Laurens

Duncan’s statements about three important Supreme Court decisions

Another win for taxpayers as #SCOTUS once again slapped down lawless overreach from the Biden Administration! We all knew it was grossly unconstitutional for Biden to redistribute wealth to pay off the debts of students. Estimates say the loan bailout could have cost up to $980 billion in unauthorized taxpayer spending. If you take on debt, you are responsible for paying it back—it’s that simple. Remember, Biden never expected the loan bailout to be a policy, it was just a gimmick for a press release. Congress should consider punitive sanctions for the Biden Administration given its callous attempt to enact this clearly unconstitutional initiative. It’s great to see a Supreme Court that rules based on the Constitution and not feelings or extra-Constitutional personal beliefs.

The 303 Creative decision in favor of Lorie Smith is a HUGE win for religious freedom and free speech in America!

SCOTUS: "The First Amendment’s protections belong to all, not just to speakers whose motives the government finds worthy. In this case, Colorado seeks to force an individual to speak in ways that align with its views but defy her conscience about a matter of major significance. ... The First Amendment envisions the United States as a rich and complex place where all persons are free to think and speak as they wish, not as the government demands. Colorado cannot deny that promise consistent with the First Amendment.” - 3rd District Congressman Jeff Duncan on Facebook

The Supreme Court ruled that race-based affirmative action in schools is unconstitutional. The Court's decision is a repudiation of Leftist, neo-Marxist critical race theory and empowers students to pursue academic excellence regardless of race. This is a win for all Americans! - 3rd District Congressman Jeff Duncan on Facebook

UNC-Chapel Hill’s statement:

Dear Carolina Community,

This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its ruling in Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. University of North Carolina, et. al., our case about race-conscious admissions. While not the outcome we hoped for, we respect the Supreme Court’s decision and will follow its guidance.

Carolina is committed to bringing together talented students with different perspectives and life experiences and to making an affordable, high-quality education accessible to the people of North Carolina and beyond. We are passionately public, and that will always be true. Our strategic plan’s first initiative is to “Build our Community Together.” We will build that community with you and work to provide a campus environment where all of our students know they belong and can thrive.

I know that this decision may raise questions about our future and how we fulfill our mission and live out our values. But Carolina is built for this, and we have been preparing for any outcome. Our leadership team will need time to thoroughly review the details of this outcome and its potential impact before determining specifically how we will comply with this decision. In the coming weeks, we will communicate our plans with the campus community.
