Kashs Crew, in memory of Steve Kash Webb (Sept. 13-15, 2018), leads the way May 4 - May the Fourth Be With You, get it? - as walkers participate in the 2019 March of Dimes, Laurens County, Walk for Babies. On walk day, top fund-raisers were Justin Benfield and Kayla Dickson, top family is Kashs Krew, and top non-family teams are Prisma-Laurens County Memorial Hospital and Milliken & Company Gilliland. For the local campaign, signature sponsors are Walmart and Prisma-Laurens County Health System; and platinum Carolina Concerte and PRTC. The Laurens County goal is $65,000 and fund-raising continues through May 31, when top contributors will be honored at an Upstate gala.
