The global organization Samaritan's Feet came to Joanna-Woodson Elementary School on Jan. 18 to provide a new pair of tennis shoes for every child. Walmart associates partnered with the organization, Joanna-Woodson and District 56 for this event. Samaritan's Feet provides shoes for children in this country, but it has a worldwide mission as well. Its founder describes that mission in this video.
