School Board on Monday

First reading of the School District 56 FY 2023-2024 Proposed Budget is on tap for this Monday, along with Clinton High Teams recognitions and end-of-the-academic-year activities.

The board's regular, 4th Monday of each month meeting will be Monday, 7:30 pm in the CHS Auditorium, following the board's closed session discussions of personnel and contracts, which must be ratified in open session. A time for public comments is set aside, within the district's guidlines.

The Budget will receive the first of two required readings, along with second and final reading of the 2024-2025 calendar -- the board also will consider Biology and AP Biology textbooks.
