Emergency medical technicians prepared one person for transport from a collision between a car and a mail truck.
The wreck happened about 1:30 pm today on Apple Orchard Road, off Charlotte's Road, west of Clinton. The car was damaged on the front driver's side and went off the side of the road near a tree and residence's driveway. Clinton Public Safety, Laurens County EMS and the SC Highway Patrol were on the scene to provide assistance and investigate the collision.
