PC Softball Announces Schedule Adjustments

Presbyterian College and head softball coach David Williams announced several changes to the team’s upcoming schedule on Wednesday.

The Blue Hose had been set to face Western Carolina in a twin bill on Wednesday at the PC Softball Complex, but those games have been postponed and rescheduled for April 14 in Clinton. Presbyterian’s homestand was slated to continue with a three-game set against ETSU on Friday and Saturday, but those contests have been canceled. A makeup date for the Blue Hose-Buccaneers series has not been determined.

Finally, PC’s scheduled road trip to Durham, N.C., for a doubleheader at NC Central on Sunday, has been postponed and rescheduled for April 7.

Presbyterian (4-0) is now slated to return to action with a doubleheader against South Carolina State on Tuesday, Mar. 9, at the PC Softball Complex. First pitch is set for 1 pm.

The Presbyterian College baseball team's conference-opening series against UNC Asheville scheduled for Friday, March 5 & Saturday, March 6 has been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns within the Blue Hose program.

The series with the Bulldogs has no scheduled make-up date at this time. The Blue Hose are next slated to be on the diamond on Tuesday, March 9 at 6 p.m. against Wofford.
