"I think you are a coward"

Dear Cancer.

You came like a thief in the night

And stole her away from us

So brutal and cruel

So mean and evil

Oh yes

Cancer that is you

She fought a hard long battle

Never giving up

For she was determined you were not going to win

For she knew her strength

For she knew her power

Yet she still got called home

But best believe

We will never give you credit for that

Credit for sending her home

That’s a win that we will never give you

We know

God needed her more

See what you fail to realize is

Even though she is not here

We are still fighting the battle

Oh yes

Best believe we will not give up

Never will we ever give up

She made us strong

Stronger than we ever thought we could be

Watching her battle you

Just gave us even more courage and strength

To continue to fight and find a way to destroy you

So that you can never hurt another family again

Dear Cancer

I think you are a coward

Because you never fight fair

So we won’t either

Count your days

Because soon you will be no more

Sincerely,

The family of a warrior
